You have to multiply ×3 if you want to make 36 muffins because: 36÷12=3 ( to find how many times you will multiply)
-> So if you need 2 eggs for 12 muffins then you will need 6 eggs for 36 muffins because: 2×3=6

Solve:-

36  ÷ 12 = 3
3 batches of 12 muffins each.

2 × 3 = 6
You will need 6 eggs to make 36 muffins, when using 2 eggs per 12 muffins.

CHECK OUR WORK:-

6 / 2 = 3
We were RIGHT!!!!

So, to make 36 muffins you need 6 eggs.
