Find the zeros of f(x) = (x -3)^2 - 49

We have the function f(x)=(x-3)^2-49.
This equals...
0 = (x-3)^2 - 49
Add 49.
49 = (x-3)^2
Square both sides.
±7 = x-3
± 10 = x
