Rate is given by:
rate=(distance )/(time)
Martin's rate will be:
(3 1/3)/(1/6)
=(10/3)/(1/6)
=20 meters per hour

Alexia's rate is:
(17 1/2)/(5/6)
=(35/2)/(5/6)
=21 meters per hour
