The answer to the question stated above is letter D. Vascular and Ground. Vascular tissue comprises the xylem and phloem tissues. Xylem tissue  transports water and nutrients from the roots to different parts of the plant while phloem tissue  transports organic compounds (sugars and nutrients manufactured in the shoot) from the site of photosynthesis to other parts of the plant.
