The formula for the volume of a right pyramid is 
V=1/3(B)(h), where B is the area of the base and h is the height.  Substituting our known information, we have:

1320 = 1/3(120)h
1320 = 40h

Divide both sides by 40:
1320/40 = 40h/40
33 = h
