How do I solve this equation for n? (6x2n)÷8=15

multiply 8 on both sides so we have no division so 8 multiplied by 15 = 120 
now we know (6x2n) = 120
so if we re-write this you can make it 6x(2n) = 120
Now we divide by 6 on both sides that gives us (2n) = 20
divide by two and you have your answer
