I need help on how to convert the radian into degrees for 7pi/10 !!

Each pi has 180° in it. So, if you multiply:
[tex] \frac{7}{10} \pi * \frac{180}{\pi}= 126 [/tex]

We divide by pi to get rid of it because we want the answer in degrees:
So your answer is 126°.
