How does the structure of chromosomes differ in prokaryotes and eukaryotes?

Prokaryotes lack nuclei and many of the organells found eukaryotes, while eukaryote cells generally have more DNA than prokaryotes have and, therefore contain multiple chromosomes, thus how their structure differs.
