The 12 oz is a better deal because only one pretzel cause $0.22 and there are more pretzels in the package than 8 oz which is $0.24 per pretzel
the 8oz one would be $0.24 per ounce and the 12 oz package would be $0.22 per ounce. The 12 oz package is a better option.
