Basically its:

[tex]6\text{CO}_{2} + 6\text{H}_{2}\text{O} \rightarrow \text{C}_6\text{H}_{12}\text{O}_{6} + 6\text{O}_2[/tex]

with a ΔH of around 2800 kJ, therefore taking in sunlight.
