Yes, you can forget your native language when you learn a lot of foreign languages and when you live in foreign country.
E.g Me as being a speaker of Kazakh Language I almost forgot my language because I learn English, Slovak, German at the same time and I am living in Slovakia.Where are no Kazakh Speakers at all.
