There are probably other ways, but it's pretty simple through the GUI. Open explorer, select "This PC" so you're searching all drives. Then make sure you are including hidden files and folders in your search. Then click on the search button and search by gigantic. Finally, sort the results by size. It will take a long time if you have a lot of files.
