Substitute the numbers for f(x) and g(x).
F(x)=g(x)
2.5x-4=-2x+10
Collect like terms
2.5x+2x=10+4
4.5x=14
Divide both sides by 4.5
4.5x/4.5=14/4.5
X=3.1111
Therefore, X=3, option C
