The  neutralization  reaction  between  KoH(aq)  and  H2SO4(aq)   gives  K2SO4  and  H2O
  the chemical  equation  involved is
2KOH  +H2SO4 -->K2SO4  +2H2O
  this  implies that 2 moles  of  KOH  reacted  with 1  mole  of H2SO4 to  form 1  mole of K2SO4   and 2  moles  of H2O.
