The correct option is A.
Francium is a member of group one element with atomic number 87 and it has only one electron in its outermost shell. The element will react with oxygen to form an oxide. The chemical bond between francium  and oxygen is an ionic bond, two atoms of francium will react with one atom of oxygen to form an oxide with the formula Fr2O.
