m=(4-(-5))/((-8)-3)
m=9/-11
use one of the point
(3,-5)
y=mx+b
-5=(9/-11)(3)+b
-5-2.5(when you calculate)=b
b=-7.5
y=(9/-11)x-7.5 (you can keep it in fraction form if you want)
