Type an equation of the horizontal line that passes through the point (-2,5)

It is specified that the equation is a horizontal line, we do not need to consider the slope (since the slope would be 0). The equation would essentially become f(x)=5 

You can see, from the attached graph, that it would also pass through (-2, 5)
