What is the slope of a line that is perpendicular to a line whose equation is −2y=3x+7 ?

find the slope of the line given:

y = mx+b

y = -3x/2 -7/2

slope = -3/2

the slope of the perpendicular line is the negative reciprocal

 so answer is 2/3
