Adolf Hitler was a person, living in Austria and Germany in the beginning of 20th century, who was the leader of Nazi party and of Nazi Germany. People don't have definitions.
I guess you could use the phrase" Adolf Hitler" for someone very violent and evil thought, metaphorically, because Hitler is responsible for WW2 and the Holocaust.
