If an object has zero acceleration, does that mean it has zero velocity?

not really as acceleration is rate of change of velocity therefore zero acceleration would Mean that the velocity is constant

Of course ! Anything moving in a straight line at a constant speed has zero acceleration. Acceleration is a CHANGE in the direction or speed of motion.
