We simply invert and multiply.
[tex] \frac{8d^{3} * 24}{6c * c^{3}d^{4}} [/tex]

Re-arrange the numbers so that they are easier to understand.
[tex] \frac{(24)(8)(d^{3})}{(6c)(c^{3})(d^4)} [/tex]

Factor.
[tex]\frac{(2^5)}{(c^4)(d)}\ or\ \frac{32}{c^{4}d} [/tex]
