Given a line with equation 6x - y = 5. Write an equation in point-slope form of the line perpendicular to the given line through the point (2, -3).

L1: 6x-y=5, slope = 6
L2:
slope = -1/6
point, P(2,-3)
L2: y-(-3)=-(1/6)(x-2)  => y=-x/6+1/3-3 => y=-x/6-8/3
