m(NaOH)=35.6 g
m(H₂O)=207 g

m(s)=m(NaOH)+m(H₂O)

w=m(NaOH)/{m(NaOH)+m(H₂O)}

w=35.6/{35.6+207}=0.1467 (14.67%)
