Cylinder Surface Area = (2 • π • r²) + (2 • π • r • height)
Cylinder Surface Area = (2 * PI * 4^2) + (2 * PI * r * height)
Cylinder Surface Area = (2 * PI * 16) + (2 * PI * 4 * 11)
