The answer to your question has been given below :
Mr. Penner has 27 hats
Ms. Blocker has (2/3 of 27) hats
=(27÷3)x2
=9x2
=18 hats
Ms. C has 3 times of Ms. Blocker's hats.
So, Ms. C has (3x18)
= 54 hats. (Ans)
