= -9x-(2x/-3)

Substitute the value of x = 7,

= -9(7) - (2(7)/-3)

= -63 - (14/-3)

= -63 - (-14/3)

= -63 + 14/3

= -175/3

In short, Your Answer would be: -175/3 or -58 1/3

Hope this helps!
