1: you need common denominators so multiply 4/2 by 2.
8/4 * 6n/4
8* 6n = 48n / 4
It can be reduces because 4 goes into 48 12 times.
So the answer is 12n

[tex] \frac{4}{2} \frac{6n}{4} = \frac{24n}{8} [/tex]
divide to find n [tex]n= \frac{24}{8} therefore n = 3 [/tex]
