To find the number of servings divide the weight of the turkey by the serving size.
(27 1/2) / (1/3)
The easiest way to do this is to change the 27 1/2 into an improper fraction.
Then do keep, change, flip

(55/2) / (1/3) = (55/2)*(3/1) = 165/2 = 82.5
There will be 82 WHOLE serving provided.
