volume of cone = 1/3 × pi × radius squared × height

1 / 18 = 1 / 3 × 3.142 × 2/3 squared × height
1/18 = 1/3 × 3.142 × 4/9 × height
height = 1/18 ÷ 0.4655
height = 0.119
