The solution is D.
By plugging the x value, 5, into the equation:
6*5=30
30+1=31
y=31
the x value is 5 and the y value is 31

It tells you x is 5 so plug 5 in for x and 6 times 5 is 30, 30 plus 1 is 31, so D, (5,31)
