A) 3x -2y = -8
B) x +5y = 20

Multiply B times -3
B) -3x -15y = -60 Then adding this to A)
A) 3x - 2y = -8
-17y = -68

y = 4
B) x +5y = 20
x + 20 = 20
x = 0
