A=π*[tex] r^{2} [/tex].
A=π*81 [tex] in^{2} [/tex]
A≈254.47 [tex] in^{2} [/tex]

That doesn't account for the third dimension, nor the walls of the tray.
That's the area of the given face of the tray.
