How did the conferences at Dumbarton Oaks and Yalta attempt to shape the postwar world?

Both conferences had few key elements among which were the post-war division of the world together with the economic and geopoliticial in addition to social change that was about to happen and how to tackle that considering the changes that were obvious to everyone with the war ending.
