Will vitamin D save my life? Should I really be taking four times the recommended daily dose?

ultimately no,vitamin D will not save your life,but you should always take the prescribed amount of vitamins that the doctor tells you to take,as not having certain vitamins can cause you to have medical problems,and  cause unhealthy situations!
