red ribbon = 1 m 50 cm = 1.5 m

blue ribbon = 4 m 28 cm = 4.28 m

total ribbon used in making 1 flower = 1.5 + 4.28 = 5.78 m

for making 5 such flowers = 5.78 × 5 = 28.9 m or 28 m 90 cm .

Now five such is req therefore

5×5.78=28.9
