Answer: 18 cm

Let w => width

Let l => length = 2w + 1

P = 110 cm = w + w + 2w+1 + 2w + 1

6w +2 = 110

6w = 108

w = 18

Therefore:

l = 36 +1 = 37 cm

Check: 18 + 18 +37 + 37 = 110 cm
