Basically you should start off by saying what helping around the house can do for growing kids, as they will have skills to use when they are adults and it can widen their knowledge of the general daily tasks as an adult. If however you disagree, you can state some reasons why you should not force children to work. Personally I would choose agree as there are many more advantages for both the parents and the children.
