–10 • 2 ÷ (–4) + 8 • 5

10 • 2 = 20

8 • 5 = 40

–10 • 2 ÷ (–4) + 8 • 5 = – 20 ÷ (–4) + 40

The operation Divide ÷ has to be carried out first.

– 20 ÷ (–4) = -20/-4 = 5

– 20 ÷ (–4) + 40 = 5 + 40 = 45

Option C.

Hope this helps.
