Answer is C. 19 because if you multiply 9 by 2 you will get 18 and then using PEMDAS you will need to divid 180 by 15 and get your answer 12 next you want to add 18 + 12 and you will get 30. Lastly you will need to do your final step of the equation which is 30 - 11 which will get your answer 19.
