y = -2(x + 3)² + 2

y = 2{ -(x + 3)²+ 1}

y = 2{ -(x² + 6x + 9) + 1}

y = 2{ -x² - 6x - 9 + 1}

y = 2{ -x² - 6x - 8 }

y = -2 { x² + 6x + 8}

y = -2{(x + 4)(x + 2)}
