When it transmits from n=5 to n=3,
∧ = Rh [ni - nf]
∧ = Rh [1/3-1/5]
∧ = Rh 2/15

So, your final answer is Rh * 2/15
Where, Rh = Rydberg's constant

Hope this helps!
