A car accelerates from 15 km/hr to 60 km/hr in 30 seconds what is the acceleration?

Acceleration = (change in speed)/(time)

Change in speed = (60-15) = 45 km/hr

Time for the change = 30 sec

Acceleration = 1.5 km/hr-sec
