well it depends on your attitude towards it. you also need to save money for the gas, hotel, food, and ect. i know this because on 2019 i went to a long car trip with my family cali to ny and honestly we saved so much money that it cost less then a trip to disneyland.
so you need alot of research on where your going and things like that to help you save money.
