y = mx + c
m is the slope

y = (1/4)x + c

Replace coordinates (2,3) to find c

3 = (1/4)*2 + c

c = 3 - (1/2)

c = 5/2

Equation of line is y = (1/4)x + (5/2)

Or you can multiply the whole equation by 4 to get rid of the fractions. You’ll get 4y = x + 10
