Y = -1/4x + 14
You’re looking for a line that’s perpendicular to the given line. The slope of two perpendicular lines will always be opposite. So 4x would be -1/4x. Change the denominator and numerator spots and the negative/positive sign. Once you have the slope then the answer is obvious.
