8-2(n+3)=n+7-3n

We move all terms to the left:

8-2(n+3)-(n+7-3n)=0

We add all the numbers together, and all the variables

-2(n+3)-(-2n+7)+8=0

We multiply parentheses

-2n-(-2n+7)-6+8=0

We get rid of parentheses

-2n+2n-7-6+8=0

We add all the numbers together, and all the variables

-5!=0
