y=1/2x-3 1/2

use change in y over change in x to solve for the slope... -1+2/5-3=1/2

then use point slope form with the slope to simplify for the slope intercept form... either point works, i used (3,-2)

y+2=1/2(x-3)

y+2=1/2x-3/2
