Taking LCM in left side, we obtain

[tex]:\implies\sf\:\dfrac{6-x}{3}=6-x[/tex]

[tex]:\implies\sf\:6-x=3(6-x)[/tex]

[tex]:\implies\sf\:6-x=18-3x[/tex]

[tex]:\implies\sf\:-x+3x=18-6[/tex]

[tex]:\implies\sf\:2x=12[/tex]

[tex]:\implies\sf\:x=\dfrac{12}{2}[/tex]
