answer: k1=-13/6 k2=19/6
to solve, move the constant to the right to get |3/10 - 3/5k| -0.4=1.2
next calculate to get |3/10 - 3/5k| 1.6
then separate into two equations to get |3/10 - 3/5k| 1.6
|3/10 - 3/5k| 1.6
then solve to get: k1=-13/6 k2=19/6
