0.125 mol/L  NaOH

Explanation:

0.150 mol/L *0.125 L = 0.150*0.125 mol NaOH

Volume of solution = 125 mL + 25.0 mL = 150.0 mL= 0.1500L

0.150*0.125 mol NaOH/0.1500L = 0.125 mol/L  NaOH
